MagicTales helps you create personalized bedtime stories for your child in just a few taps.
What are the limits of the Free plan?
On the Free plan you can add up to 2 co-protagonists and generate short or medium stories (long stories are not available).
What does the Super Magic Plan unlock?
Unlimited co-protagonists and access to long stories.
Does MagicTales work offline?
Yes. Saved stories are fully available offline. (Generating brand-new stories may require an internet connection.)
How quickly do you reply?
We typically answer within 24 hours.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions.
How do refunds work?
For App Store purchases, request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
What data do you collect?
We use anonymous analytics and crash reports to improve the app.
How can I restore purchases?
Use the “Restore Purchases” option available in the app.
